Villa Theos is a new (2024) modern and luxurious villa located in Western Greece on a hill with  magnificent views over the turquoise Ionian Sea, the green valley and the imposing Arcadian mountains surrounding the bay.

The villa and guest studio are set on a plot of more than 1,000 m2, the garden has been kept as natural as possible with a number of ancient olive trees and ancient rock formations. There are several terraces and seating areas to enjoy the spectacular views.

 

Scattered in the garden are the main house with large terrace, a separate guest studio with private terrace and the swimming pool with sun terrace and outdoor kitchen. There is room for up to 8 people. 

 

In the main building you will find the living/dining room with large open kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.

 

The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 meters and has its own semi-open bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space.

 

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 meters, sufficient closet space, a walk-in rain shower and sink. This 2nd bedroom also has a private terrace with lounge beanbags.

There is a separate toilet area.

 

The studio - which is located a bit lower than the main house - consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 meters, a room / alcove with a bunk bed and an open bathroom with walk-in rain shower and separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space and the studio also has a private terrace with a beautiful sea view.  

 

A little lower is the infinity pool of 5 x 11 meters with teak terrace, sun beds and umbrellas. By the pool there is an outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric BBQ and an extra small fridge.

Upstairs at the main house there is also a pergola with lounge sofas where you can enjoy the magnificent sunset in the evening.

Villa Theos is ideal for renting for large families or 2 families. You are on holiday together, but each family still has its own privacy.
